Blythmoor Farm on Facebook

Blythmoor is a small farm near Independence, Oregon. I have a herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats -- delightful small goats that produce a nice amount of very rich, sweet milk. My herd of about 10 does typically kid in spring (March/April). Kids are bottle fed and friendly and make good 4-H projects, family milkers, or brush eaters for the farm.

Harriers are a rare breed in this country. A variety of Harriers have been developed in the UK, and in New Zealand and Australia in hunting packs. Harriers have a long history and have served in a variety of hunting roles from Hare, to Deer, to Fox. Because of their biddable temperament, they are gaining ground as family dogs worldwide. Harriers are a medium sized hound similar in appearance to an English Foxhound.
Recently The Kennel Club in the UK has started registering Harriers.    For many years, they were only registered by Hunts and were unavailable to show.    Importing from hunts was always difficult.

The acreage is shared by Harriers and small Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats.
